  • Why should I use a travel advisor?

    Our clients are unique, so their trips should be too. We work hard to understand your interests and priorities to develop a customized travel itinerary. Your travel experience will always be tailored to your interests. Additionally, with our partnerships, we offer perks and exclusive amenities not available to the general public.

  • Why do you charge a design fee?

    To serve our clients at the highest level of service, the Clemente Travels model does not rely solely on commissions from hotels, cruise lines, tour companies, and travel suppliers. If we did, we could be largely motivated to select a product based on the commission fee; not what creates the best travel experience for you, our client.

    That does not align with our mission to curate customized experiences for each trip.

    Our design fee is your insurance that we will make authentic decisions based on our thorough research of getting to know you and your travel style. Prefer a group pasta-making class over a private class that pays a commission? We’re going to book you that group class.

    We want our clients to have memories that last them a lifetime, however best for them.

  • Do I save money by using Clemente Travels to create my getaway?

    How much is your time worth? Booking an all-inclusive seems easy until you realize that there are over 1,500 worldwide.

    Where do you begin? By getting to know our clients, we can easily narrow down the options and provide stress-free recommendations.

    Our goal is to bring value to your trip, through VIP perks such as complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, room upgrades, and an overall better experience.

  • What is the Bon Voyage Box I see on your socials?

    The Bon Voyage box is our thank you to you! Each client will receive a box or small package in the mail before heading outbound. This includes some Clemente Travels swag, must-have travel items, and customized tokens based on your destination.

  • Do you book just hotels?

    Are you just looking for accommodations? While we can help, feel free to take a peek yourself at Virtuoso's Best of the Best stays.

    Using this link, you are able to book yourself and still reap the rewards!

  • Can we use my reward miles or points towards our trip?

    I love points, too! While I do have an option for clients to use their airline points and miles for flights, I am unable to use your hotel loyalty programs.

  • Can you assist with private homes and rentals?

    Yes! We have access to hotels, villas, historic estates, private islands, and more around the world that cannot be found on Airbnb, VRBO, or elsewhere.

    That being said, We am unable to work with Airbnb or VRBO, as they are for consumer use only.

  • Do you design group trips?

    Absolutely! Whether you have a business retreat, multi-family trip, or a girls’ getaway in mind, we can work with the group's leader to ensure you have the best experience possible.

    If you would prefer to have an advisor escort your planned group trip, that can be discussed in our initial consultations.
